ATC stands for Add To Cart which is a link that can bypass the frontend and help you add the product to the cart and takes you straight to checkout page. Whenever you see a ping and it's the product that you like click on the ATC link and it will be added to your cart if it's instock. To see the product or add the product into your cart yourself, just click on the title and it will take you stright to the product page.
